Audience: Applications Engineers, Controls Programmers, Controls Technicians and Controls Service Technicians

Each student should posses a 2-year HVAC certification or equivalent field experience. Previous experience with direct digital control theory is strongly encouraged.

Objective:
The objective of the 5-day KMDigital course is to equip technicians to successfully design, install and deploy KMC’s proprietary WinControl software for their customers. The students will explore the components and capabilities of WinControl, starting with small system and expanding to large systems.

Student Requirements:
Each attendee must bring a laptop PC. The student must have administration rights to install software and make changes to the PC’s network connections. The laptop must meet these minimal requirements:

• Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate, Windows Vista Business. or Ultimate, or Windows XP Professional.
• Intel Pentium or equal processor
• 128 Megabytes of RAM
• CD ROM drive
• 100 Megabytes of available hard drive space
• Display capable of 800X600 resolution or higher
• Network (Ethernet) connection
• Serial port (or USB to serial converter)
